Hello, hello — it’s Michael here from the Writing to (L)Earn team alongside Darius and John.

Just a reminder that I’ll be hosting our first community workshop — How to Craft Engaging Hooks for Your Personal Stories — this Friday (December 13th) at 10 AM EST.

In the training, we will be…..

• Diving into proven ways to immediately pull readers into your world and the psychology behind why they work

• Discussing examples that demonstrate these techniques

• Dissecting an introduction from one of our founding members,

  Teri Leigh 💜
  , before bashing our brains to come up with as many engaging entry points as possible.

To maximize the workshop, feel free to bring the introduction for one of your stories as we will be reserving time to implement the techniques that we discuss in the training.

The workshop will run for roughly 90 minutes and I’ll be hanging out for an additional 30 minutes to answer any questions and swap stories.
